PROCEDURES FOR ESTABLISHING GUARDIANSHIP OF A MINOR:

• Person petitioning the court must be at least 18 years of age
• Forms (petition) for guardianship are provided on below
• Can become guardian of the person, estate or both
• Court dates are scheduled on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays for attorneys only at 9:00 AM.  Fridays are for pro se litigants at 9:00 AM.
