To request access in bulk (over 10 cases) please complete and upload the case list. 

To request direct case accesss:

  • You or your firm must be registered for our online portal
  • You must be a party or Firm/Attorney of record to the case
  • You must provide the email address that is assciated with your portal account
  • Please provide your case numbers in the full 12 or 14 digit format

CASE INFORMATION

Using the provided template please provide a list of case numbers you wish to have access to:
  • Cases filed prior to 10.27.23 will require a two-digit year code (e.g.,23FA00000001).
  • For older sigle character case types a space is required after the case type (e.g., 20F 00000001).
  • For cases filed on or after 10.30.23 a four-digit year in the case number is required to return results (e.g., 2023FA00000001)

Failure to provide valid case number or correctly formatted case number will result in access not being granted or delay in processing of your request.
